Mr. Bruno states, “I believe Nutrient Farm will over-willingly be considered a community treasure.”

We’re curious—how would he know? 🤔 What has Nutrient Farm done in the past year to engage with this community to understand what truly would make a “community treasure”?

At the 1/29 meeting, Mr. Bruno sat silent while his attorney spoke for him. Even after hearing a room full of residents voice their concerns, he said nothing to address—or even acknowledge—them.

Curious to hear opinions…

Have you or anyone you know participated in these “agro-tourism” activities listed on the Nutrient Farm website? Are these the experiences that create a “community treasure?”

💰 Moonbike Agriculture Tour – $449
💰 Tesla Cybertruck Agriculture Tour – $549
💰 ATV Agriculture Tour – $225
💰 Ranch Hand Experience (includes 4-8 hours of ranch training & ranch work) – $44 (yes, you pay to do work on the farm)
💰 Donkey Riding Tour – $224

💰 Bird Watching Tour – $29

Furthermore, Mr. Bruno’s assertion that the development “would likely not have a negative effect on property values” is vague and unsubstantiated.

🏡 Our community deserves better. Please attend the next public heading if you have concerns.

The decision makers need to hear them.
