A question we continue to ask: If Nutrient Farm truly wants to be a farm, why aren’t they actively expanding their farming efforts? They have owned the land and had access to water rights since 2018.

Instead, we see:

🛞 Unused Infrastructure and Junk on the Property

🌱 Neglected Land Management: There’s a lack of weed mitigation – a basic land management practice.

🐂 Cattle Overgrazing: Instead of managing their cattle to preserve pasture health, they risk degradation of the land and soil erosion.

🔆24/7 Lighting: Despite claims of caring about efficient energy and the community’s quality of life, the constant, round-the-clock lighting tells a different story. (And, this lighting is miniscule in comparison with the proposed development.)

How can we trust them to manage larger developments if they can’t handle their existing projects?

🎢✈️ 🏍️🏭 What will happen when they begin to develop a water park, campground/RV park, meat processing facility, adventure park, 10+ megawatt electric power generating facilities, aircraft landing strip, motorsports center, and more?

And this does not even begin to account for the traffic impact, fire safety, noise impact, water adequacy, soil/geo-hazard impact, or environmental impact that this development would have on our community. 😵‍💫

Our community deserves better. Please attend the next public heading if you have concerns. The decision makers need to hear them.
